Visitor privacy

This site uses first-party visitor analytics for basic security, diagnostics, and understanding how the lookup page is used. It does not use advertising trackers or cross-site fingerprinting.

Information that may be logged

• Public IP address and approximate network location such as country, region, and city.
• ISP/ASN or network organization when available from the hosting provider.
• Browser, operating system/platform, language, timezone, and basic device/browser capabilities.
• Screen and viewport size, pixel ratio, color depth, touch capability, CPU-thread count, and approximate device memory when exposed by the browser.
• Connection hints such as effective connection type, estimated downlink, and RTT when supported.
• Referrer, page path, visit timestamp, page views, and approximate session duration.
• SteamID64 values searched on this site, lookup outcome, and whether this site's configured review notice was shown.

What is not collected by this analytics feature

No exact GPS location, camera or microphone data, Steam passwords, Steam Guard codes, session cookies, private Steam messages, files from the visitor's device, or browsing history from other websites.

Storage and retention

A random per-tab session identifier is stored in sessionStorage so page views in the same tab can be grouped. No analytics cookie is used. Analytics rows are automatically removed after 30 days.

Purpose

Analytics are used for operational diagnostics, aggregate usage understanding, and reviewing lookup activity within this site.
